Centrally located on the north shore of Lake Tahoe in picturesque Carnelian Bay, Gar Woods is also accessible by boat utilizing our deep water, 130-foot pier. Gar Woods features floor to ceiling windows, knotty pine exposed beam ceilings and hickory chairs reminiscent of “Old Tahoe”.
Upstairs private dining rooms with balconies can accommodate groups of up to 160. Beach and lawn ceremony locations are available and for larger groups, our most coveted amenity, the deck, may be reserved along with the entire restaurant.
